Though its origins began earlier with the tabula scalata, the lenticular print was first patented in 1906. The novelty made its way across the globe in the form of postcards, the modern marvel of moving pictures delighting an audience newly taken with early cinema.

In our reimagining, color-drenched lines of pavé flash unexpected hues while precision-cut stones sit angled edge to edge in faceted gold.
